1. Our Commitment
At TapentadolMart, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something goes wrong with your order, we are committed to making it right. This policy outlines how we handle damaged goods, incorrect orders, lost shipments, and refund requests.
2. Reship Policy
We will arrange a free reship in the following situations:
- • Your order arrives visibly damaged or with broken packaging
- • The product received does not match what you ordered (wrong item or quantity)
- • Your package is confirmed lost in transit and does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery window
- • Your package is seized by customs (subject to assessment — contact us immediately)
- • Products arrive with an expiry date of less than 3 months
3. How to Request a Reship
To initiate a reship claim:
- • Contact us at support@tapentadolmart.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- • Include your order number in the subject line
- • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging
- • Our team will review your claim within 24 to 48 hours
- • If approved, your reship will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- • A reship is not possible due to stock unavailability or repeated delivery failures
- • The product received is significantly not as described and cannot be replaced
- • Your order was cancelled within the 12-hour cancellation window before fulfilment
- • TapentadolMart is unable to fulfil your order for any reason
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method — credit/debit card or bank transfer. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded as store credit equivalent to the original USD value paid. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences at the time of refund.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds and reships are not available in the following cases:
- • You ordered the wrong product or quantity — please double-check your order before confirming
- • You changed your mind after the order has been dispatched
- • Your country's customs authorities permanently seize the package due to local import restrictions — we recommend checking regulations before ordering
- • You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address resulting in failed delivery
- • The 7-day claim window has passed without contact from you
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders enter our fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email support@tapentadolmart.com immediately with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
