TapentadolMart is committed to delivering your order safely, discreetly, and as quickly as possible. We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres in India. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

We ship to most countries worldwide including:

- • Middle East — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait
- • Southeast Asia — Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- • USA, UK, Canada, Australia — 7 to 14 business days
- • European Union — 8 to 14 business days
- • Middle East — 7 to 12 business days
- • Southeast Asia — 6 to 12 business days
- • Rest of World — 10 to 21 business days
- • Note: These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control
4. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are:
- • Free shipping on all orders above $500
- • Standard international shipping — calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- • Express shipping — available for select destinations at an additional cost (contact support to arrange)
- • All shipping costs are displayed clearly before you complete your order
5. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no reference to TapentadolMart, the product names, or any pharmaceutical content on the outside of the package. The return address shown is a neutral warehouse address. Inner packaging clearly labels the product for customs purposes where legally required.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number on the carrier's website or via our Track Your Order page. If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
7. Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are entirely your responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations and applicable duties before placing an order. TapentadolMart cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange a reship. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
TapentadolMart is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours, your building's reception, or your local post office before contacting us. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
