Ordering
Placing an order is simple. Browse our product categories, select the product and quantity you need, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account or check out as a guest. Fill in your shipping details and select your preferred payment method to complete the order.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfilment process and cannot be changed. Please contact our support team immediately at support@tapentadolmart.com if you need to make changes.

There is no minimum order requirement. You can order as little as a single tablet. However, free shipping applies to orders above $500, so bulk orders offer the best value overall.

International orders typically take 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — orders to the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada usually arrive within 10 days. Some remote locations may take up to 21 days. Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to the product contents or TapentadolMart. The return address on the package is a neutral warehouse address. Your privacy is protected at every stage.
Yes. Free delivery is available on all orders above $500. Orders below this amount are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

In the rare event that a package is held or seized by customs, please contact our support team immediately. We will assess the situation and, where applicable, arrange a reship at no additional cost to you. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain regions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will advise on the best available options.
Returns & Reship
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect products, we will reship your order at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a reship, contact our support team at support@tapentadolmart.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds are offered in cases where a reship is not possible or where the product does not match the description. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval and returned to your original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded as store credit.
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking number for updates. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact our support team. We will investigate and arrange a reship or refund as appropriate.
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been received in good condition. If you have ordered the wrong product or quantity, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
